Five Finger Death Punch beat down their rivals with a heavy mix of chugging metal riffs, huge melodies, and growled vocals. Formed in 2005 by guitarist Zoltan Bathory and drummer Jeremy Spencer, the Las Vegas band recruited Motograter singer Ivan Moody before releasing debut album, The Way of the Fist, in 2007. Their relentless touring schedule caught them slots opening for Korn and Disturbed. In 2013, their ambitious double album The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell—complete with LL Cool J cover and Rob Halford cameo—confirmed their status as hard-rock heroes.
