Woodland Hills, California alt-rockers Bad Suns consist of Christo Bowman (vocals), Gavin Bennett (bass/keyboard), Miles Morris (drums), and Ray Libby (guitar).
∙ Bad Suns was discovered after legendary L.A. radio station KROQ played their demo on the Locals Only show.
∙ Their 2014 debut album, Language & Perspective, hit No. 24 on the Billboard 200 chart.
∙ Disappear Here, the band’s 2016 sophomore album, takes its title from words on a billboard that appears in Bret Easton Ellis’ novel Less Than Zero.
∙ Bad Suns signed with punk label Epitaph Records for their third album, 2019’s Mystic Truth.
∙ The title for their album Mystic Truth was inspired by artist Bruce Nauman’s gallery installation featuring the phrase, “The True Artist Helps the World by Revealing Mystic Truths.”
