Mymymy: Funktuary Mix

Armand Van Helden ruled the clubs for a period in the mid-90's with several ground breaking remixes. One of these got Tori Amos to number 1, another pretty much invented Speed Garage plus he also got away his own huge hit "You Don't Even Know Me". Then after this purple patch, he vanished for many years........Maybe he was counting his huge pile of money or perhaps trimming that beard that must have inspired Craig David. Recently he came back with several remixes that were a shadow of his former self and one very sketchy single. One of these singles however was great though, and now it has had a decent topline put upon it and it looks to be a top 5 hit for sure.  shazam
