Exceeder: Original

There are many voices criticising the current state of dance music. What for the last two decades had been a healthy source of excitement, creating a constantly expanding club culture, nowadays looks rather ill, with everybody involved visiting the same old techno and house doctors for granny remedies and sonic stereotypes. In this one-dimensional state of things, it’s refreshing to see someone at least getting his prescriptions from a different pharmacy. “Exceeder” doesn’t break any new grounds, but this Dutch DJ captures the spirit of the original raves and sounds like he’s been listening the first Orbital records to death.
