Hate That I Love You

The hits keep on coming from Rihanna's third album. This time the Bajan star slows down after her unbeatable string of floorfillers and goes for the compulsory R'n'B duet. Ne-Yo, who penned the singer's dramatic single “Unfaithful” a couple of years ago, collaborates again with her in this Stargate produced mid-tempo ballad that luckily avoids the overtly sentimental touches tipically dragging this type of numbers down. The vocal chemistry between the two works perfectly well and if it may not be enough to take the memory of "Umbrella" away, at least it will provide a timely break from it.  shazam
