Girlfriend: Radio Edit

Former post-grunge teen queen has grown up and she's back with a big surprise: a good song!! Looking still like an adolescent going through the typical relationship troubles; "Girlfriend" is an irresistible bubblegum guitar pop number, as infectious as a Cheerleader routine, and the best we have heard in its style since Toni Basil's Eighties classic "Mickey". Got the feeling, however, that after a couple of weeks of being played on heavy rotation, the novelty will wear off and we'll end up hating it. So, enjoy with caution and don't over do it.  shazam
