Named T2 after the movie Terminator, this producer from Leeds has been building up a buzz for the last couple of years, and now he's about to crash into the mainstream with everyone wanting a slice of him, from the majors to Madonna, who’s rumoured to have contact T2 to collaborate in her new album. “Heartbroken” could also be the track that breaks new northern club craze “Bassline”, also known as “Yorkshire Crunk”, an evolution of 90’s UK garage/2step in parallel to grime but with a more generic appeal, supposed to be bringing the ladies back to urban clubs by using stories of romance and relationships, instead of the typically violent urban life depictions of its rival genre.
