Like a British-Asian version of Ne-Yo, Jay Sean follows up his hit "Ride It" with a smoother mid-tempo number, likely to expand his teenage female fan base and pave the way for the arrival of his second album "My Own Way". The Londoner, who so far has enjoyed modest local success, went to top the Indian charts with his debut and even flirted with Bollywood. "Maybe" is neither classic, nor standout from the dozens of other R&B ballads on the radio; but it looks destined for crossover thanks to a contemporary urban sound the market never seems to have enough of.  shazam
