You acknowledge that any Shazam software application (pre-loaded onto or downloaded to mobile phones) which performs a music recognition is the property of Shazam (and its supplier, Landmark Digital LLC ("Landmark")). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (without the right to sublicense) license to use the Application for the purpose of performing music recognitions.
You agree not to disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to gain access to the source code of the Application, except and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You will not copy the Application or make commercial use of, rent, lease, loan, sell, publish, license, sublicense, distribute, assign or otherwise transfer the Application.
You will not alter, destroy, obscure, or otherwise remove any copyright or proprietary notices or labels on or embedded within any part of the Application.
Trial Terms
Shazam FREE 30 Day Trial
Shazam FREE 30 Day Trial is not available to existing Shazam subscribers. You must be 18+ yrs or have the bill payer's permission. Each time you attempt to recognise music using ShazamiD, you will send approximately 2kB of data, which your network operator will charge at your usual data rates.
SMART CLUB is Shazam Entertainment Ltd's monthly subscription service that gives users unlimited use (subject to our fair use policy) for £3.00 per month. At the end of the free trial period you will be charged £3.00 in advance every 30 days. To terminate your subscription, text STOP to 80805 at any time or call the customer service helpline on 0845 6003956 between 9.00am and 5.30pm weekdays or follow the instructions contained within ShazamiD.
