'Push The Button' was released in late 2005, during the Summer of the Sugababes' decade-long career. Unfortunately the girls are now experiencing a slump of sorts, but listening to UK pop classics such as the aforementioned track re-affirms the belief that Sugababes are definitely capable of creating great pop music. The song was a step in a more electronic direction for the girl-band, and proved to be a huge hit. Hitting #1 in the UK and selling extremely well the world over (apart from the ever-elusive American market), the lead single set up the parent album "Taller In More Ways' as another hit for the Babes. This song also marked the beginning of the end for Mutya Buena within the band - she has now been replaced with Amelle Berrabah. However, 'Push The Button' remains a highlight in the band's extremely successful career, and its flirty message and very catchy chorus guarantee that it will be a staple for all fans of the band for years to come. ~John Rowley.
