Feel Together Feel Together
Ben Macklin

UK producer Ben Macklin is one half of the Sucker DJs and has been knocking out tunes for the past few years. 'Feel Together' has been his biggest hit to date, charting in the US and being promoted by veteran BBC pundit and DJ PeteTong. 'Feel Together' puts Tiger Lily 'ruthless as a cat, delicate as a flower' on vocal duties and cranks out a polished piece of disco/funky/vocal house. The backing vocals 'oohs' feature strongly, looping throughout to provide a sturdy backing over the standard house drums and moving bassline. Tiger Lily doesn't provide anything exceptional in the vocal department, but is certainly able enough to carry the line. The track went down a storm in clubland and was picked up by both Cream and the Ministry of Sound for release. Macklin has gone on from this success to engineer a move into the pop field, working with the likes of Taio Cruz, Natalie Imbruglia and The Saturdays, as well as hosting shows on Push FM. ~Martin Gadgil.
