Software Engineer (Web UI)

Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Produce beautiful code primed for the web and mobile web while bridging the gap between the TV and mobile UX

  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the business and 3rd parties

  • Keep coming up with cool new ideas, not just be a code monkey

  • Be proactive in keeping your skills fresh

  • Play pool, foosball or Street Fighter

Qualifications & Experience

We use a variety of technologies including but not limited to Javascript, JSP, PHP, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, WordPress.  We don't expect you to know them all, but at least knowing what they are and have a desire to learn is a good start. You should also have a good idea of what automated testing means and how to apply it to UI, be able to apply yourself to solving problems and know what makes for good looking cross-domain code.
