Produced by up-and-coming talent Naughty Boy, E3's Eski Boy does the business once again on the chart follow-up to previous single ‘Take That’. Borrowing the hook from one hit wonders White Town's 1997 number one 'Your Woman', Emeli Sande's smoky vocals weave their way in and out of Naughty Boy's infectious rolling breaks 'n' bass combination, resignedly admitting "Well, I guess what they say is true/I could never be the right kind of girl for you". With a radio mix courtesy of Shy FX, Wiley explodes out of the traps like a Walthamstow greyhound, letting loose with a Class A set of rhymes that manage to reference Aston Martins, Shoreditch and Eddie Murphy 'Norbit' in the space of two minutes. Adeptly walking the fine line between chart-ascending pop hit and street anthem, 'Never Be Your Woman' sees the UK urban scene extending its reach in leaps and bounds.
