This time the selection has moved from Canada to Israel, via France. Yael Naim has been put on fast track to international superstardom thanks to this instantly recognizable tune, part of her second album. The ex-Israeli Air Force orchestra soloist has crafted a record of fine jazzy-MOR sounds that can proudly stand up next to other recent adult favourites like Norah Jones.Its undisputable highlight "New soul", has a gentle and upbeat vibe.
