Whether imagining extraterrestrial disdain on “FLY-BY ALIEN”, unleashing urgent anti-war sentiment with “THE ANSWER” or conjuring a disaffected generational anthem with “I DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD,” DUMB BLOOD is politically engaged, righteously furious and, yes, anything but dumb.
