From the hills of Siliguri, producer and vocalist Dreamhour offers retro-tinged synthwave that reverberates like few others in the country. On his latest, Debo Sanyal sets up a universe of bloodthirsty vampire mobsters straight out of Bollywood, and two protagonists dying to take them on.
