Okay.

As It Is have described the songs on their second album as their most personal and honest yet. That new vulnerability doesn’t dampen their taste for an irresistible, soaring chorus on “Pretty Little Distance" and the title track. However, there’s increased darkness and aggression on “No Way Out” as Patty Walters’s vocal turns to a lacerated howl, while “Soap”’s shapeshifting guitars and soul-baring lyrics present a band discovering new depth in introspection.
