Mumford & Sons
Wilder Mind
Album · Alternative · 2015 · Glassnote – VMG M&S
Graduating from the banjo-plucking, stomp-and-clap neo-folk movement they helped create, the quartet embraces a bold and electrifying brand of stadium-filling alt-rock. There's hardly an acoustic axe on Wilder Mind, where producer James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Florence + The Machine) presents the band’s stuck-in-your-head, heart-on-sleeve songcraft with echoing, spacious authority.
