About Penelope Isles
Taking influence from alt rock and lo-fi acts including Pavement, Radiohead, and Deerhunter, Brighton, U.K.'s Penelope Isles make lush, harmonic noise pop that's often as catchy as it is exploratory. The group released their debut album, Until the Tide Creeps In, in 2019, following it with the even more lush and melancholy Which Way to Happy in 2021. Their reflective third long-player, 2026's 3, was their first to be recorded live in the studio.
