About Cat Burns
Cat Burns has a knack for combining honest songwriting with strong melodic hooks and a style that lands somewhere between pop, R&B, and folk. The London-based artist had already released a pair of EPs before finding significant grassroots success on social media during the global pandemic with breakout songs like 2020's "Go" and 2021's "Free." A deal with RCA further bolstered her profile ahead of the 2022 EP Emotionally Unavailable, and the label ultimately issued her breakout debut album, early twenties, in 2024. Burns followed it up a year later with the emotionally resonant How to Be Human.
