About Hollt
In the artistās words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Seeing Maceo Plex at DGTL in Amsterdam is one of my earliest musical memories that stayed with me. The industrial setting, lights, and deep synths made me realize music could feel like a complete world, not just sound.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on AppleĀ Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Fred again.., Fred again.. Rooftop Live (Arun's Roof, London) [DJ Mix] [DJ Mix]
Joris Voorn, Global Underground #43: Joris Voorn - Rotterdam (DJ Mix)
Maceo Plex, Boiler Room: Maceo Plex in Berlin, Sep 17, 2014 DJ Mix
I chose Joris Voorn, Fred Again.. and Maceo Plex, because they each blend emotion, atmosphere, and movement in a way that shaped how I hear and create music.
Find a song of yours on AppleĀ Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
āMind Escapeā
Mind Escape, because it felt like my first real breakthrough as an artist. It connected deeply with listeners and brought out so much emotion in people, and seeing that response meant a lot to me because it showed my music could truly move others.
