Formed in 2016, lovelytheband is an alternative trio from Los Angeles who’ve won a wide audience with songs blending indie-pop and rock with relatable lyrics.
∙ Lead vocalist Mitchy Collins found success as a songwriter outside of the band, composing such hits as Hilary Duff’s “Picture This” (2015) and 5 Seconds of Summer’s “Ghost of You” (2018).
∙ “Broken,” their double-Platinum single, topped Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart and was their first to enter the Hot 100 in 2018.
∙ Remaining on the Billboard Emerging Artists chart for 100 weeks, the group peaked at No. 1 in 2018.
