About The Symptones
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Tapping along to the Rolling Stones at the kitchen table, seeing Sheryl Crow as my first concert, and being mesmerized by Blink 182
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Prince & The Revolution, Purple Rain Soundtrack from the Motion Picture
The Rolling Stones, Exile On Main Street
Weezer, Weezer
Absolute life changing albums for me.
Music-taste-defining.
Essentially perfect albums.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Cynical Carousel”
At the time of release, it was one of our most rocking songs.
Most raw.
Thought maybe it'd be too hard for some of our fans - yet it's become an absolute fan favorite.
Plus it's a blast to play live.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
The first time we played the 7th St. Entry in Minneapolis was really special. One of our favorite venues of all time. And our Irrational Fears/Overactive Imagination album release show. Sold out past capacity. All rock. All love. Very sweaty.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Having a sandwich named after us would be pretty cool
