In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Brothers Erik (bass) and Nate (rhythm guitar) recall inheriting vintage Japanese lawsuit-era guitars from their grandfather, which ignited their interest in learning to play. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Nirvana, In Utero (20th Anniversary Edition)
Pink Floyd, The Dark Side of the Moon Remastered
Rush, A Farewell to Kings (40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition)
Rush was the first band Nathan and Erik saw live on the Snakes and Arrows tour, and "A Farewell to Kings" soon became one of their favorites. Greg and Dom musically came of age during Nirvana's peak. We are also friends with Roger Waters. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Freedom's Cost”
The dog you hear barking throughout is lead vocalist Tim's late service dog Sandy that we recorded added into the track. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
We played a Memorial Day concert with the Kansas City Symphony in front of an audience of over 50,000. It was a true honor as they arranged one of our original songs, "Accept the End," and performed it with us. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
