Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The doors when I was 11, then The Who -- I was afraid I'd get trampled once the band started smashing their guitars. Then Simon & Garfunkel, The Supremes, The Eagles and Boomtown Rats. There, that should place me somewhere on the musical spectrum.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jimmy Eat World, Futures John Coltrane, Johnny Hartman, John Coltrane and Johnny Hartman Classics Lhasa De Sela, La Llorona Oh don't you dare try to pin me down. People aren't that simple or one-dimensional.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Is This Love?” I was watching a series on Netflix all about Medieval battles. My God, they were horrific, brutal. Reminded me of how love can be sometimes... This song is wayyy more personal than I intended.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Last year I created went on 'The WannaTour'. My wife asked me I'd want to spend a bunch of days on the road. And I replied, 'Cuz I wanna'. It was one of the most validating and fulfilling things I've ever done.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? The day there's nothing left on my bucket list is the day my heart stops beating. Next up.... another song, another album, another tour, another festival.
