Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I saw Eef Barzelay, from Clem Snide, at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney, Australia in 2002, supporting Ben Folds. The entire crowd was not ready, but Eef made everyone sing the line "Tonight I feel like Elvis longing for his long, lost twin." Haunting.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ben Folds Five, Whatever and Ever Amen Remastered Edition Bluebottle Kiss, Doubt Seeds Clem Snide, The Ghost Of Fashion I learned piano by teaching myself every Ben Folds Five song - the songwriting and mixing are constantly in my own music. All these albums were incredibly formative into how I hear music, and I can't imagine what I'd be like without them in my bones.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Darling I Don't Wanna Say Goodbye” I felt like I'd finally managed to collate many aspects of my songwriting, into a cohesive, interesting, and surprising song. Writing and making this song felt like I'd cracked a part of myself I'd managed to somehow sidestep for 15 years.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing and touring "Love Song Dedications (without Richard Mercer)" with Bonnie Leigh-Dodds, nationally in 2021. Every show was magic; we take the most requested love songs of all time to discover which one is the BEST one... objectively. Joyous.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My goal has always been to appear on BBCs Desert Island Discs.
