Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Listening to Ultravox's Vienna Album for the first time, dreaming to be one of them on stage. Astradyne, the opening track, is still one of my absolute favourites and the perfect introduction to a darkwave postpunk concert.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Bauhaus, Press the Eject and Give Me the Tape
Swans, Children of God (2020 Remaster)
The Mission, God's Own Medicine (Bonus Track Version) Bonus Track Version
These three albums are the strongest influences on AWA's early work, giving a great atmospheric picture of this era. Of course, there were also many others such as Gay Bikers On Acid, Nick Cave, Ultravox and The Sound, a.m.m.
