What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Björk, Vespertine Kate Bush, The Sensual World Tracy Chapman, Tracy Chapman I consider all of these to be perfect records. Lyrical masterpieces
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Medusa” This song was kind of slept on when I released it, but it's probably one of my favourites. It was so liberating to write - freeing myself of the lingering burden of abuse and celebrating the knowledge I gained from it. It totally fell out of me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at the iconic queer venue The Royal Vauxhall Tavern was incredible. I was able to fully delve into my character both in performance and in style - it was so liberating!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Way too many things. I want to tour, I want to support another artist I admire on tour, I want to complete an album and press it to vinyl... all in time.
