About Ashtray
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest musical memories is being surrounded by music growing up in Nigeria hearing Afrobeat and local rhythms playing around me and feeling the energy before I even understood what it meant to be an artist.

“Bakassi”
Bakassi is special to me being the first song i totally created from the Rhythm, lyrics, Vocals/ recording, Mixing and mastering.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of the most memorable moments was realizing that people were genuinely connecting with my music. Hearing my sound reach others and seeing them feel the energy made all the hard work feel worth it. That’s when I knew I was on the right path.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Absolutely. My biggest goals are to take my music beyond Nigeria, perform on major stages, collaborate with artists I admire, and build a lasting legacy through my sound. I want the music to reach people everywhere and leave a mark. 🌍🎶🔥
