In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was eight years old, I had a crush on someone who loved music. When I was ten years old, I used to collect cassette tapes by A.R. Rahman. At fourteen years old, I used to borrow my friend's MP3 player to listen to Linkin Park and Metallica.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lifafa, Jaago Siennor, Agappor Steven Wilson, THE FUTURE BITES (Deluxe Edition) These albums have played a crucial role in inspiring my sound. I keep going back to them time and again to get songwriting and production ideas.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Accelerate” I chose this song because it's the first song that I ever released. Its an instrumental garage rock song that emulates a bike ride experience. It's a tribute to one of my best friends who passed away a few years ago in a motorcycle accident.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Most memorable moment is meeting my biggest inspiration which is the band Skrat. Playing gigs and meeting new people. I love to talk to the audience after a gig and ask them if they felt what I tried to convey through my music.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to work with other Indian independent bands/musicians like The F16s, Lifafa and Bowls. I would also love to play a music festival in the future.
