The German trance duo Der Dritte Raum ("The Third Area") paired DJs Andreas Krueger and Ralf Uhrlandt. Signed to Sven Väth's Harthouse label, they debuted in 1995 with the EP Elektro Disco, followed soon after by the full-length Mental Modulator; Wellenbad followed in 1996, and three years later Der Dritte Raum returned with Spaceglider. ~ Jason Ankeny
