Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Doug's love for music started at an early age. His uncle Frank Teagarden played professionally in clubs in New Jersey and New York. He received his first guitar at 8 years old. He still owns that guitar today and the original Buck Owens songbook.

Tell us why you chose this song. “This Hallowed Ground” At 57 Doug was honored to perform his song "This Hallowed Ground" on the Luckenbach stage like Willie and Waylon "Someday I'll sing and they'll listen to me. My words will tell stories, they'll see what I see in Luckenbach, Texas, under that tree!"
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? too many to list however the defining moment was when he earned a spot on Tommy Alverson's 20th Family Gathering and recently performed at Tommys 25th anniversary Family Gathering in 2022.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To continue to improve on my musicality, performance and writing - to continue to support my friends who so graciously supported me for all these years!
