About Swishahouse
After the "chopped and screwed" rap sound—slowed-down, scuzzed-up remixes, often of R&B tracks—oozed out of Houston in the early '90s, local label Swishahouse issued primo compilations like the Choppin Em Up series.
Members of Swishahouse include, or have included, OG Ron C.
