About Sister Sin
Female-fronted, Gothenburg, Sweden-based rockers Sister Sin offer up hard-hitting, old-school metal that invokes names like Warlock, W.A.S.P., Hanoi Rocks, and Motörhead, as well as more contemporary yet no less vintage-sounding outfits like Spiders, Graveyard, and Hardcore Superstar. Formed in 2002 and fronted by the fierce and charismatic Liv "Sin" Jagrell, the band issued its debut album, Dance of the Wicked, in 2003. Subsequent releases include Switchblade Serenades, True Sound of the Underground, Now and Forever, and Black Lotus. ~ James Christopher Monger
