About PBR Streetgang
PBR Streetgang are Bonar Bradberry and Tom Thorpe, two Leeds-based DJs and producers who make disco/boogie-infused house music. Named in reference to the film Apocalypse Now, they debuted in 2008 with Never Get Off the Boat. Both tracks on the 12" sampled the Cure, adding a dark post-punk edge to the group's otherwise sunny disco-house sound. The duo continued releasing EPs, in addition to remixing songs by Crazy P, Romanthony, Maxxi Soundsystem, Lana Del Rey, and others. Their Achilles EP appeared in 2014, and Cosine, a collaboration with X-Press 2, was released in 2015. In addition to further releases, the duo signed to Skint Records in 2017. Their debut full-length, Late Night Party Line, arrived in 2018. ~ Paul Simpson
