About Miss Montreal
Founded in 2008 by singer/songwriter Sanne Hans, Dutch pop/rock band Miss Montreal also feature guitarist Michi Schwiemann, bassist Kobus Groen, drummer Thijs Rensink, and keyboardist Peter Hendriks. Miss Montreal debuted with the 2008 Top Five hit single "Just a Flirt" and their eponymous album debut was released the following year, spawning the follow-up hit singles "This Is My Life," "Seven Friends," and "Addicted to Crying." In 2010, Miss Montreal released their second album, the Top Ten hit So... Anything Else?, and the hit singles "Swing the Night Away" and "Say What You See." Their third album, 2012's I Am Hunter, debuted at number five on the album chart and featured the title track single, "I Know I Will Be Fine," and "Wish I Could." ~ Jason Birchmeier
