Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The memory was in a smoky West Side basement, we heard a record playing jazz fuse with a cousin's Casio beats and improvised rhymes. The heavy groove of soul, percussion, and raw hip-hop not as separate genres, they were the sound of celebration.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley & The Wailers, Legend – The Best Of Bob Marley & The Wailers Dr. Dre, The Chronic The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Jelly (The Dirty Dozen Brass Band Plays Jelly Roll Morton) All albums lead to our sound - a modern brass band mixing hip-hop, soul, reggae, and street beat—a mix of the most popular, genre-defining, and collaborative releases for us as a unit with influences that are iconic and artistically true vibes.
