About Disease Illusion
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Headbanging at a Dark Tranquillity show in 2006, the orange/blue colored lights, the melodic death guitar in the intro of Punish My Heaven
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Dark Tranquillity, The Gallery
Death, The Sound of Perseverance
Whitechapel, The Valley
The Gallery and Sound of Perseverance are the most formative albums, the origin of Death Metal and Melodic Death Metal, what I used to listen as a teenager. The Valley is the evolution of the sound, what inspires me today.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“No Ground”
I wrote this thinking of what means to me fight injustice and trying to build a better world. The riffs are violent and melodic, exactly what I need to feel better.
