About Heideroosjes
Dutch punk rock band Heideroosjes formed in 1989 and released four albums on their own labels Fairytale Records and Record Label. In the late '90s, the band came to the attention of Epitaph and was signed to a worldwide record deal, releasing five albums between 1998 and 2004. In 2006, Royal to the Bone, a U.S.-only session, was released on I Scream Records, followed by Chapter Eight: The Golden State on U-Sonic in 2007. The band's first entry on the Dutch album charts came in 2009 with 20 Years: Ode & Tribute, which reached number 29. Two years later, Cease-Fire also made the Top 100 Dutch album charts and marked the announcement of the band's breakup in September 2012. ~ Al Campbell
