In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. It was Nov. 2007 and I just got fired from a 9-5, warehouse job. That was when I first felt the anxious excitement of pursuing music full time. I went from a street performer to gigging and touring within a year and I haven't looked back since.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? The Meters, The Meters The Meters self titled album is one of my all time favorite albums because it's just classic New Orleans funk, soul, jazz and R&B. It's one of those records that I always play cover to cover. That's the only way to listen to it.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I got to spend the last 16 years touring through 50 states and 37 countries. Being able to share my music with people from all over the world is something I will always look back on with gratitude.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm humbled to say that I feel very fortunate for the opportunity to spend most of my career on the road. I've met people from all walks of life and it's hard to ask for more. If I had to say one thing it would be to continue writing music,
