Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
First, it was seeing The Beatles on T.V. Then, attending a Donovan concert at age 11 made me a lifelong fan not only of Donovan but of acoustic, folk styles in general. Hearing the Velvet Underground, then seeing T.Rex in concert, made me a lifer.

"Numbers with Wings" is a song that appeared to me like magic. It arrived just as The Bongos were about the sign with RCA Records, and it gave us a college radio and MTV hit. It's a spiritual song whose meaning seems to evolve and change with time.
Whatās one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
I've been fortunate to work with many of my musical heroes... Lou Reed, Tony Visconti, Donovan, Pete Seeger, many more. Each has been a memorable highlight. Producing & performing at Carnegie Hall NYC is always a thrill. Getting ready for my 5th time
