Named after the bluish-green color of the walls in his bedroom recording studio, Teeel makes music inspired by ‘80s new wave and synth pop. Essentially a solo outing by Jim Smith, his brand of watery synth pop fits tightly in the chillwave category with soft, serene vocals and drum machine beats topped with retro synthesizers.
