About Gum Takes Tooth
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Hearing 'Persuasion' by Throbbing Gristle when I was 12 years old. It suddenly explained the messed up world of the adults populating the world around me. Stealing rave compilation tapes from my friend's older brother. - Jussi Brightmore
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
No single moment. Most memorable are all the amazing people we have met as a result of putting ourselves out there. Lifelong friends. Fleeting but inspiring connections. - Jussi Brightmore
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Keep on exploring. Exist in, and reflect the moment. No bucket list, no checklist. Revel in the unexpected. - Jussi Brightmore
