Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
At seven, I became completely obsessed with “Killing Me Softly” by the Fugees. I wanted the single so badly that I collected bottles around my neighborhood until I had enough money to buy it myself.

Beyoncé is simply epic. Barbra has always been one of my biggest idols, and I never get tired of her voice. And Sara Bareilles’ Waitress is one of those albums I can listen to over and over again without ever getting tired of it.

Stavanger is my hometown, and this song is my love letter to the city that made me who I am. No matter where music takes me, Stavanger will always be home.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Getting to mix my own music with Dave Reitzas in Los Angeles was a huge moment for me. Sitting there and hearing something I had dreamed about for years actually come to life was pretty surreal.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Oh, absolutely! Singing with Barbra Streisand would be the ultimate dream. And one day, I’d love to stand on the stage at the Royal Albert Hall with my own concert. Dream big, right?
