About Carly Tefft
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Writing a song about Santa Claus when I was 7 years old...I actually just finished the song a few years ago and will release it around Christmastime!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“My Kind of Blue”
I wanted to write a similar vibe as Keith Urban's "If Ever I Could Love;" Our co-writer Foster, nailed the sound. Jess & I started writing the lyrics incorporating my love for Cape Cod & the ocean and the "good" side of blue.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Performing for the Boston Red Sox for the first time; as a lifelong Red Sox fan from Cape Cod, MA, it was a dream come true to sing the national anthem for our country at Fenway Park!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I'd love to perform at these legendary venues; The Ryman in Nashville, TN and at Red Rocks in Colorado!
