About Psyclon Nine
Psyclon Nine fuse harsh, aggressive electro-industrial with atmospheric black metal. The group formed in San Francisco and debuted with 2003's Divine Infekt, a primarily electronic effort that established their name in the aggrotech/harsh EBM scene. They soon signed to leading American industrial label Metropolis and released INRI in 2005. With albums like 2009's We the Fallen, they moved toward a more guitar-heavy, dramatic sound influenced by black metal. Psyclon Nine switched up their style with 2025's And Then Oblivion, which incorporated trap beats and dark ambient textures.
