In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
When I was 12 my dad took me to see AC/DC live. That was my first concert and it blew my mind. I knew from that second, music was my path. Then the next week I got introduced to the video game Guitar Hero. A month later, I got my first guitar. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Frank Ocean, Blonde
John Mayer, Where the Light Is: John Mayer Live in Los Angeles
Sam Fender, Seventeen Going Under (Deluxe)
These albums showed me the untapped potential of creativity and studio production, how to write better lyrics that touch on the human condition, and that 1 artist can do multiple genres & sounds as long as they are being authentic to their true self. “Wild, Love”
This song changed my life. Both writing and recording it. It marks the start of a brand new chapter of not just my music/sound, but my life and the way I live it. I will always have deep love for this song and I'm so happy it is making people happy. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Starting out, I had a random show in Columbus, OH. There was 5 people in the room & I played a not very inspired performance. After the show I found out 2 fans drove 6 hours roundtrip to see me play. That changed my life to always play my heart out. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I want to play Saturday Night Live, Red Rocks, and open for a few of my heroes before they retire.
