Few artists in rock history have committed themselves to the creativity-fueling aspects of LSD with as much zeal as Easton, Pennsylvania, singer-guitarist Brother JT. After breaking out of the three-chord confines of his lauded '80s garage band, the Original Sins, JT recorded countless full-lengths, each highlighting different aspects of his kaleidoscopic talent: from contorting feedback epics to shimmering pop-psych to quiveringly lysergic folk throughout the '90s and '00s. Backed at times by Vibrolux or the Brother JT3 and recording for esteemed indies from Siltbreeze to Drag City, Brother JT is the American answer to the Bevis Frond's Nick Salomon--an underground genius of psychedelic song.
