With a sound rooted in the scruffy jangle of '90s indie rock and a confessional lyrical stance, the Columbus, Ohio quartet All Dogs formed in 2012. Their first release was a split cassette with fellow Ohio band Slouch that came out in July 2013. All Dogs quickly put out their first single later that year on the Detroit label Salinas. The next year was a little slower on the recording front, with only the "Georgia" single seeing the light of day in December. However, they spent time honing their sound and working on new songs. In early 2015 they went into Wherever Audio in Philadelphia to record their first album. Kicking Every Day was released by Salinas in August 2015. ~ Tim Sendra
