GOPALNATH: This was played in my childhood home. His saxophone informs my Carnatic improvisation.
VOODOO: I'm so happy an album this ambitious could be so massive.
OWLS: An Avant Emo / Mathrock gem. It should have catapulted them to cult status.

We had a COVID wedding during peak lockdown otherwise we'd have played it when we got married.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
I just returned from playing my debut Indian show. Despite being born in Tamil Nadu, I've not played in India: it was long overdue. It resonated deeply to perform my anti-caste protest songs in the Ambedkar International Centre in Delhi.
